SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We ship all orders with PostNL or DHL.
If we receive your order and payment before 3:00 PM on working days, your order will be shipped the same day.
We usually have all items in stock and ready to ship.

Please make sure your address details are entered correctly to avoid any delivery issues.

What happens if I’m not at home?
Orders are delivered on working days and Saturdays by PostNL or DHL. If you are not at home and delivery to your neighbours is not possible, you will be notified. PostNL or DHL will make a second attempt the following day.
If delivery fails after two attempts, your package will be available for pickup for up to 3 weeks at a nearby PostNL or DHL service point.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the EU.
For deliveries outside the EU, shipping rates may vary. Please contact us for specific rates and conditions.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
