Refund policy

Orders are delivered on working days and Saturdays by PostNL or DHL. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and the package cannot be delivered to your neighbours, you will be notified. PostNL or DHL will attempt a second delivery the next day.
If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, your package will be available for pickup at a nearby PostNL or DHL service point for up to three weeks.

Shipping and handling costs for orders within the Netherlands are €6.75.
For orders from other European countries, the shipping cost is €8.95.
For orders within the Netherlands over €75, shipping and handling costs are waived.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
